AIR Concerts feat. Katherine Young & Nick Dunston this week!

Please join us at Scholes Street Studio (375 Lorimer St, Brooklyn) and online!

Concert 1, feat. Katherine Young
Wednesday, November 17, 7:30 PM

Concert 2, feat. Nick Dunston
Thursday, November 18, 7:30PM

Dear All,

We are excited to present two evenings of new music as part of Wet Ink's AIR Concerts at Scholes Street Studio in Brooklyn, featuring 2021-22 Artists-In-Residence Katherine Young and Nick Dunston!

The first program, on Wednesday, November 17, will feature new collaborations with Katherine Young (who will perform with the ensemble!), a new piece for the Wet Ink band by Josh Modney, and "Performance Practice", an evolving set of music developed collaboratively by members of Wet Ink.

The second program, on Thursday, November 18, will feature new music by Nick Dunston (who will join the event remotely, from Berlin), and a second version of Wet Ink's "Performance Practice".

Seats are extremely limited for in-person attendance, and are pre-sale only - please purchase your tickets at the links below! Proof of vaccination is required for in-person attendance, and masks must be worn at all times at Scholes Studio (please note that Scholes Studio is a small space and social distancing will not be possible). The concert will also be livestreamed for free online - please stay tuned for links!

AIR Concert 01 Tickets (Nov 17)
AIR Concert 02 Tickets (Nov 18)

Wet Ink’s inaugural Artist-in-Residence program provides an open platform for two composer-performers who are invited to create new work for/with Wet Ink, perform with the ensemble, present their own solo projects and bands, and work with Wet Ink’s open, collaborative model in any way that they find meaningful.

Thanks for reading!

Best,
Wet Ink
